Also for most meals I am finding it fairly simple to eat primal however breakfast is the one meal where I am struggling for variety other than eggs I would really love to see what you eat all week to see if I can borrow some of your ideas. Thanks for replying so quickly <3

Best thing about primal. There is no typical breakfast. Have some chicken legs. (Always keep your food organic! Forgot to mention. Go organic as possible!) Anyway, eat chicken & veggies, sweet omelette, primal pancakes, steak and eggs, stir fry.. anything really! Have dinner for breakfast, breakfast for dinner. Be creative and just throw shit together! You never know what you like until you try it :)
