After eating delicious greek food and drinking a can of coke, I have the fattest headache!! I feel sluggish and just drained. I loved having my cheat day today but I’m not loving the side effects. It’s just crazy how your body can get used to things. I don’t regret it because I had an amazing time at my cousin’s baby shower and I hadn’t had greek food in such a long time…

But back to meal prepping tonight and tomorrow. Spring break is basically officially over. Time to put in work mentally with this Spring quarter, physically with CrossFit and eating right.

I’m getting SO many messages/requests for me start posting recipes for a lot of the food I’m putting on here. I will do so this weekend! Been super busy with work and school. But I will do so shortly. I think it’s important that we all help each other here whether it’s recipes or support. You definitely need that to sustain a healthy lifestyle :0)

Couldn’t find the original post so I just uploaded a pic I had of this. I’m glad I have given up fast food. This absolutely disgusts me. 2 years later and the food still looks the same!

Something Sweet! It happens to all of us. That sweet tooth comes around, and we crave something sweet. 
Forget candy, grab some delicious fruits and berries. 
Add some organic peanut butter. (Or even better, almond butter). Sprinkle some cinnamon or organic honey on top to enhance the flavour further!

I would totally grill that banana. Mmmm sounds SO delicious!! Think I’ll make it on Wednesday. Tuesdays are my late days and I’ll be way too tired to do anything.

Breakfast. Was. Delicious.

I love hot dog and eggs. Probably one my favorite easy thins to eat.

This morning my darling husband made me two organic uncured nitrate free hot dogs and scrambled them with two cage free eggs. Slapped some Paleo ketchup on top & oh my! I was one happy camper. It was sooooooo good and filling. Unfortunately I ate it too fast to take a picture of it! Lol.
